Shipping Policy

 Processing Times
   •    All orders are processed within [3-5] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
   •    During busy periods (such as seasonal sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
   •    You should receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
   •    If the address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship the order, but additional postage fees may apply.
   •    Norvee Clothing is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items: We are not reliable for any damages that occur during shipping, or any missing items that happen during shipping.

We are not responsible for any delays from the shipping companies.
