Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
   •    The item must be in unused, unworn condition
   •    Tags must still be attached
   •    The item must be free from deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, or signs of wear
   •    The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:
   •    Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
   •    Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
   •    Custom or personalised items
   •    Gift cards

 

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at:

Include:
   •    Your full name
   •    Order number
   •    Items you wish to return
   •    Reason for returning

We will reply with instructions on how to proceed.

 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • We recommend using a tracked service; Norvee Clothing is not responsible for lost return parcels.
